ABOUT
TruDriveSync
It started because everything was falling through the cracks - and it was my business.
I ran a digital marketing agency. Accounting lived in one system. Projects in another. Customers somewhere else, leads somewhere else again, automation bolted on top. And to see any of it in one place, I paid for reporting and KPI dashboards on top of everything I was already paying for.
The systems didn't talk. So clients fell through the cracks. Leads went cold because nobody knew they existed. There was leakage at every single point in the business - and I was spending more time chasing my own data than running the company.
I tried to buy my way out. I licensed multiple platforms in a quest to consolidate, and they cost me thousands in contracts and failed to deliver what I actually needed.
In January 2021, I built my own.
Five years of building what businesses actually do
TruDriveSync started as the system I needed to run my own agency. Every feature came from a real bottleneck in a real business – mine.
But the more businesses I worked with, the more I saw the same thing everywhere. Large organizations with departments that couldn’t see each other. Solopreneurs winging it and hoping. The disconnect wasn’t a small-business problem or an enterprise problem. It was everyone’s problem.
And I realized what the market was missing. Not another platform you could configure into anything – Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot already sell you a blank canvas and a bill. What businesses actually needed was a system that arrived already knowing how work gets done.
So that’s what I spent the last five years building: operational workflows and strategies that work the way businesses actually work. Not a toolkit. An operation.
TruDriveSync starts where your plan ends.
Here’s what we don’t do, and it matters.
TruDriveSync is not a business strategy. It won’t tell you what your process should be. It becomes your operational infrastructure after you have a plan – the SOPs, the workflows, the strategy you built with a business development coach or an operations manager.
If you know how your business should run, TruDriveSync makes it run that way – every time, without anyone remembering to make it happen. If you don’t know yet, get that first. We’ll be here.
TruDriveSync handles everything after the lead.
What changed for me
I stopped chasing data and started building the business. Clients onboard themselves. Projects finish. Billing runs on subscriptions and recurring invoices instead of me chasing retainer clients every month.
Retention jumped immeasurably. Upsells and renewals became the norm rather than the exception.
More time. More revenue. And nothing falls through the cracks.
That’s not a pitch. It’s just what happened when the work finally lived somewhere the business could see it.
The belief underneath all of it
A business shouldn't have to choose between being visible and being capable.
Marketing that generates attention an operation can’t absorb is money on fire. An operation nobody can find is capacity going to waste. Growth only sticks when both are built together – and TruDriveSync is the half that catches what your marketing creates.
Who's behind it?
TruDriveSync is built and maintained by Apeiros Marketing, a full-service marketing and operational systems agency in Jacksonville, Florida – the same agency the platform was originally built to run.
Apeiros Marketing and TruDriveSync are part of the family of products and systems owned by JANGLE Enterprises LLC.
Don't Take My Word for It
I built TruDriveSync to fix my own leakage. These are the businesses that had the same problem – a clinic, a lender, a government contractor, a transportation company – and what stopped falling through the cracks once the work had somewhere to live.

A clinic, a medical courier service, a staffing firm, and a supplement brand. Four businesses, four completely different customers – and one system running all of them.

Rides on a paper calendar. Customers in a spreadsheet. Drivers getting their day by email. And when a ride had no driver, the owner got in a vehicle and covered it himself.

They had a rigorous process for qualifying government contracts – an AI assessment run against every RFP. It lived in one person’s private account, and it vanished the moment someone typed “Go” into a spreadsheet cell.

Applications came in through Google Forms. Leads came in by phone. Revenue lived nowhere. A five-person team owned a system powerful enough to run all of it – and no workflow to make it possible.

Leads weren’t the problem – follow-through was. We connected intake, case creation, and clinical knowledge into one pipeline. Now every form becomes a structured case in minutes, and every case makes the next one faster.
